Returns of products will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and will only be accepted if returned in the same condition as sent. If the reason for return is that you have changed your mind or it is not as you thought then this will only be accepted if it has not been removed from the box in any way (it must come back as sold - mint condition in box)
Refunds will be made in full but the return postage costs will not be covered unless the reason for return is directly our fault, e.g. wrong item sent.
We will not cancel or refund any Pre-Order placed after 7 days before or after it has been received... so please only ‘Pre-Order’ if you understand this (Please read the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions before placing your Order). Responsibility of damage/manufacturing issues will be dealt with in the same way as mentioned above.
To return an item, you must first email us and request a return authorisation. Please do not return your item without having first contacted us and received authority to do so.
Problems outlined above are very rare and hardly ever an issue.
Any Return Requests must be sent via email within 7 days of receipt of item
